Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

📍 Dubai – Express Delivery

  • Same-day or fast delivery within Dubai

  • Fixed cost: AED 35

  • Available for eligible orders within Dubai

🇦🇪 United Arab Emirates (All Emirates)

  • Standard delivery: 1 business day

  • Shipped via Aramex

  • Free shipping on orders AED 400 and above

  • Shipping fee for orders below AED 400: AED 10

🌍 GCC Countries

  • Express postal delivery: 2–3 business days

  • Shipped via Aramex

  • Shipping cost starts from AED 45 and may increase based on:

    • Package weight

    • Declared value of the goods

Customs Duties & Import Charges (GCC Orders)

For shipments to GCC countries, customs duties and import-related charges are covered by WalletBaz.
Customers will not be required to pay additional customs fees upon delivery.

Shipping Carrier

All shipments are handled through Aramex.
Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

Failed Delivery Attempts

In the event of an unsuccessful delivery (for example, incorrect address, recipient unavailable, or refusal), shipment handling will follow Aramex policies.

If a package is returned to us:

  • We can re-ship the order upon request

  • Re-shipping costs will be charged to the customer

Responsibility & Insurance

WalletBaz assumes responsibility for the shipment up to the delivery address provided by the customer.

All shipments are insured until delivery is completed.

Once the package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Returns & Packaging Condition

Due to the sensitive nature of hardware wallets, returns are accepted only if the original product seal remains intact and unopened.

Orders with opened, tampered, or damaged seals are not eligible for return or exchange.
